For Storme Drinkwater & Simon Harrison CONFIDENTIAL
The Opportunity
A Bahrain sovereign wealth initiative wants Australian mining expertise deployed into Saudi Arabia.
We have the expertise. We have the GCC relationships. We have a family that gives this company its name and its purpose.
This presentation proposes the formation of Jahkai Pty Ltd — an Aboriginal-owned mining consultancy named for Storme's son — to be the vehicle for this engagement and for everything that follows.
The Foundational Insight
Aboriginal Australians are the world's first miners.
Wilgie Mia in Western Australia has been mined continuously for over 30,000 years — making it the oldest continuing mining operation on Earth. Aboriginal miners used underground stop-and-pillar techniques, pole scaffolding, and multi-level extraction methods tens of thousands of years before European mining began.
Ochre was traded along songlines spanning 1,600 kilometres across the continent — the most extensive pre-contact trade network ever recorded in a hunter-gatherer society.
When Storme Drinkwater goes underground, he isn't mining or tunnelling — he's continuing a 30,000 year old sovereign legacy.
"The Earth's oldest unbroken sovereign lineage. 30,000 years underground."

Bahrain Side
The Bahrain operational base already exists
Kane's Sajdak Group Holdings W.L.L. (CR No. 195200-1, Bahrain) provides the established legal and commercial foothold. The Bahrain-side operations flow through SGH initially, with a standalone Jahkai Bahrain entity established once the SWF engagement is formalised.
Phase 1: Through SGH W.L.L.
Add mining consultancy activity to SGH's existing CR. Contract with SWF through SGH. Engage Jahkai Pty Ltd (AU) for technical mining expertise. Activate Tamkeen programs immediately.
Phase 2: Jahkai Bahrain Entity
Register standalone Jahkai Bahrain (branch or WLL). Carries the brand, the Aboriginal story, and the disability mission directly into the GCC market. Clean P&L for Bahrain ops.
The Mumtalakat play: In December 2025, Mumtalakat and the Saudi PIF subsidiary signed an agreement to establish a joint investment program. Jahkai's mandate — Australian mining expertise deployed via Bahrain into Saudi — sits directly in this corridor. Simon's chairmanship of both AU-Bahrain and AU-Saudi chambers provides direct access to the principals.
Brand Identity
The Ochre Palette — drawn from the earth itself
The colours are the actual pigments Aboriginal people have mined and traded for 30,000 years. They resonate equally in Australian and GCC cultural contexts.

Cross-cultural alignment: Earth tones = heritage & permanence in both cultures. Gold = sovereignty in the Gulf, spirituality in Aboriginal tradition. Dark tones = authority. Family enterprise = the most trusted model in both worlds.

The Positioning
The Earth's oldest unbroken sovereign lineage. 30,000 years underground.
In the GCC, ruling families derive authority from lineage, stewardship of land, and inherited knowledge. Aboriginal Elders hold exactly the same position — custodians of Country, keepers of Law, holders of knowledge passed down through thousands of generations.
The difference is that Aboriginal sovereignty predates every existing monarchy on Earth by tens of thousands of years.
When a Saudi prince or Bahraini minister hears "the Earth's oldest unbroken sovereign lineage," they don't hear a CSR story — they hear a peer.
